We expanded the content creation through blogs, videos, photos, candid interviews and staggered that throughout social media.
We varied paid content and hashtag targeted content with targeted (@) content to reach the demographic and businesses they were looking for.
The result was brand recognition in terms of the agent and the properties sold at a 35%+ premium within 90 days
Instead of the same image gallery our designers reconstructed a photo for a 7 second video. Increased IG views by 478%
